At first I though it to much because the others crossfit gyms I try the usually throw you to class and thats it. But here is different they explain every single movement in so you can’t get hurt and if you’re hurt they have so much alternative exercises. You’re paying for a group class that feels like a one on one class because coaches make sure you give your best!!! at all times 100%!!!! paying here your money worth every penny!!! I can’t complaint I love it!

Moving to a new area and trying to find a new gym is never easy. I googled and found Strike Hard. I walked in and was so welcomed. It is such a great community. The coaches and members are just the best and I have created long lasting friendships. Highly recommend.
