My worst regret in all my career. The bad: I bought the mounting brackets for Samsung active tablets. 1. They didn't fit the tablets. I had to return 15 cradle mounts back to be repaired as they were not charging the tablets. you could clearly see that the Usb C connectors were not goiing into the charging port completely. Surprisingly, they shaved the tip of the USB connectors, instead of replacing the product. Juts shows how flawed their design is. Good entry level product that was delivered quickly.
