We arrived at the appointment for my mother in laws funeral and they acted like we weren’t even on the schedule. After waiting quite some time we were placed in a room. It was small and they had to bring in additional chairs. There was no tables. There were plenty of other other rooms to accommodate our family size (6) so I’m not sure why we didn’t get a different room since every other one was empty. But that’s the least of my complaints. This place, like several other funeral homes is full of homophobic, racist and sexist cowardly men who hate people that they perceive are below them. Which if you aren't a middle-aged white male that derived from money and status, that is you. They make repulsive remarks about the dead (and living) and treat them as a spectacle.
