Could not be more disappointed in this place. My daughter gets the stomach flu and throwing up. We called them that she was sick but didn’t want to get charged a no show fee. They said that as long as we reschedule before next weeks appointment we wouldn’t be charged and they said they didn’t want her coming in sick and risking everyone else being sick. Mind you we made to every appointment and then they still charge us a no show fee, even though that was their policy to avoid it! The financial department is awful! Terrible ... read more

I dislike everything about the structural organization of strides. From the very first impression, they don't even have a welcoming front desk. They have a tiny waiting room in a relocatable building that's always crowded and chaotic, and an "office" which is a fully separate room with a door. There's always multiple people in there, talking with each other, and it's hard to tell who actually works there and who is the "receptionist" you're supposed to check in with, if any. Sarah & Marley at Strides have been absolutely life changing in ours and our daughter's life. We had been doing mental health and psychiatry for our 5 year old for a year before we came here with no improvement. My son is autistic with some extremely difficult behaviors. The staff at strides have been the biggest support for me throughout this difficult time. They have been empathetic and supportive and are constantly trying new things and thinking up new ways to help make things better for my son. We have gone through countless therapy places during his life and Strides is by far the best. Every therapist is well trained and spends so much time thinking through ways to help him succeed.
