1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Billing Experience I am extremely disappointed with my experience with StrideCare, particularly with how they handled my billing. I paid and cleared my balance at the time of my visit, yet I continued receiving bills for an amount I believed had already been paid. I tried to understand and resolve the issue, but instead of providing a clear explanation or properly addressing the discrepancy, StrideCare ultimately sent the account to a collection agency. Doctor Brook refused to listen to me, dismissed mu daughter's and my concerns which have a valid history and has no respect for patients at all. Without doing any kind of examination, he dismissed us and said my daughter did not have the condition several doctors have already told us she did.

Been trying for weeks to get leg surgery Blue cross Blue Shield of Texas is my primary insurance Medicare insurance is secondary!! Surgery been approved by Blue cross Blue Shield of Texas $1,000 deductible can't get them to understand that Medicare will cover most of this after surgery is done! File with BCBS then after surgery file with Medicare I'll paid difference I'm not paying nothing in advance! Never had this problem with any other Doctor's!!
