I recommended StrideCare to my partner after seeing multiple videos and hearing about the type of professional foot care they provide. Based on that, we expected a much more thorough treatment—things like proper callus care, detailed nail work, and an overall podiatry-level experience. Unfortunately, that’s not what he received. I applied for a job here within the financial clearance department and was offered an interview. I was asked to give times I was available in which I did. I was contacted outside of said times and missed the call. I listened to the voicemail and was given an extension in which there was no way to enter it. I have spent HOURS over the last week either on hold, getting transferred, or waiting for a callback — and my problem has still not been addressed. These people simply do not care about a patient who is suffering in pain.
