Doctor Brook refused to listen to me, dismissed mu daughter's and my concerns which have a valid history and has no respect for patients at all. Without doing any kind of examination, he dismissed us and said my daughter did not have the condition several doctors have already told us she did.
Been trying for weeks to get leg surgery Blue cross Blue Shield of Texas is my primary insurance Medicare insurance is secondary!! Surgery been approved by Blue cross Blue Shield of Texas $1,000 deductible can't get them to understand that Medicare will cover most of this after surgery is done! File with BCBS then after surgery file with Medicare I'll paid difference I'm not paying nothing in advance! Never had this problem with any other Doctor's!!
I recommended StrideCare to my partner after seeing multiple videos and hearing about the type of professional foot care they provide. Based on that, we expected a much more thorough treatment—things like proper callus care, detailed nail work, and an overall podiatry-level experience. Unfortunately, that’s not what he received.
