They don’t answer their phones
I have spent HOURS over the last week either on hold, getting transferred, or waiting for a callback — and my problem has still not been addressed. These people simply do not care about a patient who is suffering in pain.
I had several treatments last fall and have recently tried to get in touch with their billing department without any response.
Lisa was an absolute angel today. You know in this day and age we have lost the art of customer service. It’s people like Lisa that puts hope back in our society. I am the first to say that I’m not good with filling out forms and I’m definitely not computer savvy. But Lisa was patient and very kind with me. I had 4 leg injections at StrideCare- Addison location. I paid 40.00 for each injection plus my insurance paid the same amount for each leg injection. I received a printed receipt each time I paid. StrideCare decided to give me credit for only paying 25.00 for the leg injection received on 5/9/24. They keep sending me bills stating I owe 15.00 for the leg injection received on 5/9/24.
