Wow! I've never done a class like this and it was AWESOME! TRX kicked my butt, but I feel great! I love having the options of cycling, strength and yoga plus a trainer (Kara) to challenge me to do my best. I know that if I keep the Stride 55 classes up I will achieve my physical goals!
I’m not impressed at all. I went there and I immediately felt interrogated by the person who happened to be there. ( I thinks she was the manager). She kept asking do I live around the area, after I told her, I live close by, she continued with specific questions to find out exactly where I lived. I didn’t feel comfortable. I felt like I was being racially profiled. ( I am an African American woman) I just got strange , weird, unwelcome vibes from this place.
From the classes I have taken, this gym has great spin bikes, hot yoga room, and enthusiastic instructors. It is clean and the post class chilled towels are awesome.
This is a fabulous place to workout at. The owner, Kara, is incredibly welcoming to everyone and could not be more knowledgeable. The place is clean and has a shower and fully stocked bathroom for all your needs before and after a good workout. The instructors are all super fun and friendly. I love that you have a variety of classes including cycling, yoga, TRX (great strength training) and zumba to choose from everyday. You will not be disappointed. Open 7 days a week too! Go take a free class and see for yourself.
