This was an amazing spin class!!! I especially enjoyed it as an autistic adult- Everyone wears headphones like silent disco, so you control your own volume! You can also just turn them off and listen to the human instructor The lights were mostly off (lit by the headphone LEDs) so nice and dark for when the emotional overwhelm hits when the endorphins release and also just for privacy but in a group settint There was a strobe for like 5 seconds which was enough to be exciting but not enough to be upsetting Absolutely no rank... read more
