I need to make one thing clear about the previous review I posted. It is not the drivers. The drivers are awesome and they just go according to the info that is given to them. They are friendly, helpful, and nice. The problem is coming from the office.
Stride used to be the best most reliable form of transportation in Duluth , mn. I am saddened by what has happened down there. They may or may not not pick you up. They may or may not drop you off at the right place. They may or may not be on time. They may go to the right place or parking lot to pick you up but don’t count on it. Always have a back up plan. The drivers said it is written down in one spot to pick you up at a certain time place but not the other????? Ok!! They will be sitting at the wrong parking lot waiting... read more
