I’m so upset. I was not picked up for a very important cardiology appointment. I’ve been a responsible customer in scheduling, I’m respectful to the drivers, and I’m right out the door when they arrive. Today’s driver said I didn’t come out which is a bold faced lie. It’s like playing a crap shoot game when dealing with Stride.For all their ADA adherence, they are stressing people out, which affects mental health, also covered by the ADA.

They’re really good at hitting parked cars and not even trying to notify the driver.

The 5 stars are for our driver today--whose name is Matt. I was added to his route this morning because our driver called in sick. He picked us up 20 minutes late. He was very polite and apologized for the lateness. We told him we were on our way to a funeral, which we were. He apologized again and said we had to pick up another passenger and deliver her first, because she was on his route, and we were a late addition.
