I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with a heavy heart. I had an unpleasant experience with Stride Psychology's team. Upon arriving at their clinic, the examiner was unprepared and unwelcoming. It was a disorganized process with no introduction, welcoming comments, or discussion of an assessment plan. No questions were asked about my child, and we felt rushed and treated unprofessionally. Pariza at Stride Psychology was amazing to work with. She was super fast to meet our tight timelines and extremely thorough in her assessment. What stood out most was how personal she was—she built an excellent rapport with my child and made them feel comfortable and understood right away. They don't have empathy with the clients, but they have a poor invoicing so called policy!!! First of all, they don't activate paying with the credit card. If the client wants to pay with credit card they charge extra for processing the payment. We pay in all stores by credit cards and don't get charged for the processing payment. The processing payment is something that needs to taken care of by the business owner. We worked with Simren for our child and she was extremely amazing to work with. She made him comfortable and was able to engage him well. She is very professional, knowledgeable and patient, and always ensures to take the time to answer all our questions. Highly recommend.
I recently brought my child in for an assessment at Stride, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Our examiner, Inara, was warm, patient, and incredibly thoughtful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped both my child and I feel at ease.
