They don't have empathy with the clients, but they have a poor invoicing so called policy!!! First of all, they don't activate paying with the credit card. If the client wants to pay with credit card they charge extra for processing the payment. We pay in all stores by credit cards and don't get charged for the processing payment. I brought my daughter in for a psychoEducational assessment last month and the examiner, Pariza was wonderful. I was intially very nervous as my daughter is young and very introverted. But the psychometrist was kind and warm, creating a comfortable environment for my daughter.
