We've (Alchemy Collections) been using Stride Logistics for over 10 years for all of our White Glove delivery and Install needs. They are always professional, responsive and detail oriented making sure that our clients are left fully taken care of. They are very capable when it comes to installation of the most complex furniture; from extension dining tables, to wall systems and storage beds there isn't a job they haven't been able to finish to the client's upmost satisfaction. EIS delivered and installed a custom sofa for me (including haul away of my old one). Appointment setup was simple, they were able to come that weekend (saving me finding a weekday I could be home), and delivery and setup was perfect. The installers were very friendly, did a great job, and even voluntarily added felt tips to the legs to protect my hardwood floors.
Stride has changed the game for our interior design business! Allison Lind Interiors has used Stride for over 50 projects over the years. I am able to manage these projects virtually, because Stride has helped us be so organized with our inventory. They are thorough with damage claims and super helpful and professional during client installs. We would not work with any other company!
As an Interior Designer that used their services, I feel I must warn others to protect them from the horrible experience that my client and I had. This was the least professional installation service I have ever used. I had very high end pieces of furniture delivered for an install and several pieces came damaged. The pieces were opened and photographed, but the damage was never reported. Not a fun place to get a full size tractor trailer into, but all of the dock staff were friendly. Quick to unload once they opened for receiving.
