Great place to workout with your partner. My wife and I have been going there for many years now. The staff, coaches, and front desk workers make you feel comfortable from the moment you come in.
I LOVE this workout! I am NOT a runner but I can't get enough of STRIDE. They have the BEST instructors/trainers and I leave each workout with the best feeling. Everyone should try a class!
