I rarely leave reviews, but felt this experience warranted one. Not everyone comes to “prove something.” Some of us just want a workout. I truly hope the team reevaluates how they approach professionalism and emotional safety in a group setting. Strength isn’t just physical—it’s also in how we treat people.

5 year member and still loving it! In 55 minutes I get my cardio and weights in. Great atmosphere, instructors, staff, and members.
Great community, fun workout. I had just finished running my first marathon and was worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up, but the coaches (Joy, Marina, Noel, Dollar) were all super accommodating and helped Stella get her groove back!
