This clinic has changed a lot over the years. Yvette, at the front desk is the best, she is informative and always welcoming. It normally doesn't take long to see a Dr if you're there early enough but they always make sure to give an accurate ETA before you're checked in. The Dental department is great, it's never easy for me to want to see a dentist but my dentist Dr Sung C has always made my appointments easy and reassuring. He explains things to me and makes me feel safe and confident in his hand. Thank you
Love my normal doctor, but I didn't know if she's even still there. The last doctor I saw didn't want to give me the referrals I needed and completely refused to order the blood test I needed. She had the staff completely confused when I asked what happened and why I was not getting my blood test. They told me I just had to make a new appointment when I literally have no time to do so and I was still in the room when they told me to make a new appointment!! Terrible communication! I have to go without my medication for an the foreseeable future because they didn't inform me they would refuse my next refill. When I tried to refill my prescription I had to call multiple times to figure out why they weren't filling it. The clinic never told me and I struggled to get a hold of a human that could help. Good Doctors and personnel good pharmacy employees too I liked to much.
What kind of medical practice doesn't make appointments? It's like they assume you don't have a job or anything to do. I can't come back or wait hours for an appointment when I can go somewhere else and be seen in 30mins. There is genuinely no point in going here anymore.
