Instead of wasting peoples time, especially when they work and wasting their fuel you need to get income verification over the phone!!!!! I barely make enough to live on as it is and you just took away two hours of my paycheck!! What a waste! I wish I could do the same for all of you!!!
I went to pick up my prescriptions and stood at the window for about six minutes while a staff member was counting money. She never acknowledged me or said she’d be with me shortly, which gave me the impression that customer service is not her priority. Terrible customer phone service. Rep had no idea about the clinics policy and gave me the wrong information.
The wait was a little rough but oh my gosh it was worth it. This was the first provider I've taken my disabled fiancé to where they listened genuinely to all of his concerns. Dr. Story was incredibly kind and attentive. She gave referrals when needed and it was just all around a positive experience.
I got all of health concerns addressed in my first visit, kind staff and got referrals put it. I was seen by Dr. Helen Story who took the time to make sure all of my concerns were aproperatly addressed. The wait was kinda rough but definitely worth it as someone with chronic health issues who has been dismissed previously it was so worth it
