I was suggested this facility last year for someone to look over labs I had done at home, to help come up with a diagnosis. I brought all my lab work to the office, paid $120 up front, and the lady who saw me had to Google what I was there for. I sat in silence while she was on her laptop Googling Graves disease. I did not leave with a diagnosis, and I received a bill in the mail for more money afterwards. I was not told I would have to pay anything other than the $120 while I was there.
If you guys don't have a functioning fax machine then you really ought to let your customers know. I just got a cut from my check due to your negligence. Edit: Alright, I'll admit I was a bit heated and this problem held a lot of fault with me honestly. Now, I'm hearing someone might not be working here because of this?!?! I hope they weren't fired due to this. That was not what I was intending for, and discourages me from not coming here even more.
