My experience with this rehab practice was disappointing. During one of Captain’s visits, the therapist forgot his exact diagnosis and we had to look it up together. In person, she told me she felt neurology should have taken a more aggressive approach from the start. Later, her written communication contradicted those statements and shifted responsibility for setbacks onto me. I value honesty and consistency in my dog’s care team, and I did not feel that standard was met. We’ve since moved on to another provider.
We love Stride! Our dog was limping for so long. They made the recovery process so enjoyable and talked us through how to best help and heal our dog. We are happy to report our dog is back to enjoying life and swimming in the river. Thank you for all you do!
I had no idea how much they could do with my big, old guy (108-lbs of German Shepard who is 14)! He's gone from stiff and in pain to more mobile and happier. My friends say he's a different dog. Everyone who works here is very patient, caring and flexible. They also give you techniques and tips to do physical therapy exercises at home to maintain all the progress you've gained.
My Maggie is doing amazing after her PT with Talie. Great care. Great staff. Super happy with my Maggie girls progress. Thank u!
