They don’t answer the phone. You can call at noon, 2, 3, 4pm, doesn’t seem to matter. You can call ten times, doesn’t seem to matter. Very unprofessional. Why would I take my IVDD dog to someone who doesn’t answer their phones? It says the business is open from 8am to 5pm. Why would you not receive calls during that time? Mountain View animal hospital recommended them to me. I’m going to ask them to recommend someone who answers their damn phones instead.
My 13.5 y.o. dachshund hurt her back and they took such great care of her. She had the water therapy, PT, and laser. I am so glad they have a place like this. I could tell they genuinely care about thier furry patients. I highly recommend them if you pet needs help.
Our dog, Lucy, has been in for a few rehab sessions to treat her chronic back pain. We noticed improved mobility and less pain after the first visit. Very interesting to see her learn and progress in strengthening key muscles. Staff here is great! Highly recommend!
They took very good care of my dog! Very professional, and I could tell my dog felt very safe and comfortable his time there.
