Our dog, Lucy, has been in for a few rehab sessions to treat her chronic back pain. We noticed improved mobility and less pain after the first visit. Very interesting to see her learn and progress in strengthening key muscles. Staff here is great! Highly recommend!
They took very good care of my dog! Very professional, and I could tell my dog felt very safe and comfortable his time there.
My experience with this rehab practice was disappointing. During one of Captain’s visits, the therapist forgot his exact diagnosis and we had to look it up together. In person, she told me she felt neurology should have taken a more aggressive approach from the start. Later, her written communication contradicted those statements and shifted responsibility for setbacks onto me. I value honesty and consistency in my dog’s care team, and I did not feel that standard was met. We’ve since moved on to another provider.
We love Stride! Our dog was limping for so long. They made the recovery process so enjoyable and talked us through how to best help and heal our dog. We are happy to report our dog is back to enjoying life and swimming in the river. Thank you for all you do!
