Outstanding canine rehab facility in Central Oregon! I’ve been bringing my severely arthritic senior Lab Lilah to Stride going on 7 years now, and I credit our wonderful physical therapist Kristen and Dr. McConnell for keeping Lilah as strong and mobile as she can be. Lilah loves her visits which include hydrotherapy, strength and mobility exercises, and laser therapy. The support staff is exceptionally friendly and well organized. Treats generously dispensed :) Highly recommend.
The team at Stride Physical Therapy took wonderful care of my sweet Cricket for about a year and a half. Everyone was so kind, compassionate, and genuinely cared about her well-being. Cricket always seemed to enjoy her visits. We had fun in the exercise room, and she also benefited from acupuncture, laser therapy, and especially the underwater treadmill. They don’t answer the phone. You can call at noon, 2, 3, 4pm, doesn’t seem to matter. You can call ten times, doesn’t seem to matter. Very unprofessional. Why would I take my IVDD dog to someone who doesn’t answer their phones? It says the business is open from 8am to 5pm. Why would you not receive calls during that time? Mountain View animal hospital recommended them to me. I’m going to ask them to recommend someone who answers their damn phones instead.
My 13.5 y.o. dachshund hurt her back and they took such great care of her. She had the water therapy, PT, and laser. I am so glad they have a place like this. I could tell they genuinely care about thier furry patients. I highly recommend them if you pet needs help.
Our dog, Lucy, has been in for a few rehab sessions to treat her chronic back pain. We noticed improved mobility and less pain after the first visit. Very interesting to see her learn and progress in strengthening key muscles. Staff here is great! Highly recommend!
