I have had my share of contractors such as electricians, plumbers etc. that provide TERRIBLE customer service. They never call back, never show up on time, or provide truly professional-grade work. I was put in touch with Vincent thru the Home Depot pro install service. He was super communicative, fast, on time, efficient in the install, explained all details, worked to make things fit perfectly, was respectful in the house bringing tools and large heater thru, all very very good. Would absolutely hire him again. Very professional. Thank you!

They were able to help with my water heater replacement when nobody else could. Other plumbers said they didn't have time or that my model water heater was too hard to find. But Vin was dedicated to helping me and got the job done.
