Loved the service fast and efficient, T-Mobile insurance sent me over for repair . The employees were kind in rescheduling and fixing within an hour . Thank you
Love these guys! They've rescued my phone on more than one occasion and everyone here is friendly and helpful! They go above and beyond for the customer. Don't doubt I'll be back when my phone is in peril once again. Will definitely be checking out other services they offer here soon! Went in to have a charge port replaced. After diagnosis they stated it was a bad charge port and they could repair it. When we picked our phone up it would no longer connect to our phone network. They stated it was unrelated to the work they did even though prior to them "fixing" the charge port the phone was connected to our network without issue. They were unwilling to accept responsibility for the issue. Do not recommend them to anyone. go to You break I fix or anywhere else.
They did an outstaying job on replacing the screen on my phone
