Antonia and Albert were great to work with! Many realtors are unresponsive, but their communication and follow up was really great. They made sure I was always aware and notified when needed. I would recommend them highly and will use them again in the future if the need arises.
Albert did a good job of helping us tour the place, composing a list of things that the landlord would have to fix prior to us moving in, and was flexible and communicative up UNTIL we moved in. Once we moved in, and Albert received his brokers fee, we discovered our landlord did not meet the expectations of the lease. On April 7, 2024 Luis Nunez with a female sprayed a corrosive substance on a (4 foot in length) chrome shower bar inside my bathroom deteriorating it. Filth is all over. Strictly Realty stay out of Long Island. Homeowners be home when your property is being shown. She wasn't a buyer. They were in my Coop strictly for the wrong reasons.

I highly recommend this place! Albert and his team are very knowledgeable, resourceful, and patient. Thanks to him I was able to find exactly what I needed. I will definitely be coming back for future services.
