This place claims to be above board, honest and ethical. However, everyone is human and make mistakes. I made two. I , like most Americans, expect when I pay $35 in shipping for 2 day shipping I get the product on Saturday, not Monday.. Right or wrong, that is how most shipping goes these days. I got a 2001 Ram 2500 that I had the transmission built by another shop in Virginia ( I’m in the military and moved to AZ recently from Virginia) the transmission recently started giving me problems.
