This place claims to be above board, honest and ethical. However, everyone is human and make mistakes. I made two. I , like most Americans, expect when I pay $35 in shipping for 2 day shipping I get the product on Saturday, not Monday.. Right or wrong, that is how most shipping goes these days. Dropped the Ball on my truck. Wouldn't own up to it. I took my 2002 LB7 Duramax in here for what I thought was a blown head gasket on my stock motor as I was losing coolant, I even asked if It was better to put a re-maned motor in instead of doing all this work. I was assured by the staff that this wasn't the case and all I needed was Fuel Injectors and a couple of thermostats... $7200 and a week later I get my truck back. I got a 2001 Ram 2500 that I had the transmission built by another shop in Virginia ( I’m in the military and moved to AZ recently from Virginia) the transmission recently started giving me problems. DO NOT GO HERE WORST DIESEL SHOP IN PHOENIX STRICTLY DIESEL IS THE WORST DIESEL SHOP IN PHOENIX terrible customer service thay do not stand by there warranty and you will have to take you truck back 4 5 6 7 time for the same thing and every time you take it to them thay will have it for 2. 3. weeks do not go to this shop it will be the worst decision of your life ask me how i now
terrible staff called seven times and they never returned the call! If this is the way they do buiness they'll be out of it very soon!
These guys are incredible. I took my main service truck to bell ford cause it would intermittently not start and the only solution was "new this, new that". We came to check on it the day it was SUPPOSED to be done and they said they needed another week! The best part was the truck no longer started AT ALL! Fed up; I had it towed to strictly diesel and they diagnosed the wire problem and fixed ONE wire vs putting in a complete harness as bell ford said was required. They also did a complete check up and took care of a few ot... read more
