I was really happy with the team at Strictly Comfort. They helped me choose and slightly modify the specifications of one of their standard sofas to exactly what I wanted. Even had a better fabric option than I hoped for. I love the new sofa. It completes my living space 🙂

We went to the shop and had the best experience from the time we walked in. Ellen was very helpful and she took us around the store and helped us to make a decision. The range was beautiful and the delivery was very efficient. The toe men who delivered the couch were the best I have encountered in such a role. They are a credit to the company.

We bought an Innovation Living cubed sofa bed (Danish design, a wide pullout single bed) from the Cremorne store. Can’t believe it but this retail experience was a rarity - top notch all the way. Mia was very knowledgeable and really helpful esp in solving our problem of narrow stairs for delivery up to a level 3 room - disassembly beforehand then reassembly on site. We were looking for a double sofa bed. Since STRICTLY COMFORT is only about 200 meters from where we live, we thought we pay them a visit. Hannah, who assisted us, could not have been more helpful inour decision-making process,sharing her expertise and showing us the different materials samples and mattress types. The delivery was on time and the delivery men were helpful and professional. The sofa bed is a stylish addition to the bedroom.

Unfortunately the custom made sofa that I ordered from Strictly Comfort turned out to be most uncomfortable…..awful pitch, hard seats, lightly padded seat back, clunky and heavy. Not something that one could have the luxury of sinking into after a long day. So disappointing, as was looking forward to something a lot more comfortable.
