We had our vents and furnace cleaned. They did an excellent job. Even removed the wall vent covers without chipping the wall paint. I'd recommend them to anyone. Great job every time
I had my living room; dining area, area rug and my dining room chairs cleaned on September 24th, 2022, Strictly Business did an excellent job They were very professional took their time and had eyes for details. Many carpets cleaning companies are in and out and they don't call back to make sure that you are pleased with their service. This company called back in a few days to make sure that I was satisfied. Scheduled a walk through with Robert, and 10 min after scheduled appointment time, I called Robert to know if he was on his way. Sounded like he forgot about my appointment and asked if I can wait another 20 minutes. So I cancelled. This was the first time dealing with them and I’m disappointed. If he can’t keep a scheduled appointment what make me think he can be in time if he was hired. Businesses like these make people waste their time. Let me tell you, Strictly Business is NOT his motto.
These are the facts: Basement cleaning and ozone treatment did not get the previous owner’s pet smells out and Robert blamed me for it not being effective. He did not accept my request to re-treat with the ozone machine and leave the windows open immediately after, which would be ideal because there is no chance of rain in the forecast. He did partially refund the ozone treatment, saying that the basement steps were added on later. We settled on the partial refund.
Very impressed with Strictly Business. Found them on the Better Business Bureau website and called them for a quote. Very reasonable price, very polite, did incredible work (my dog had quite a few accidents while having bladder problems and 100% of the odor is gone) - my 7+ year old couch also looks brand new. Would recommend to anyone and will use again.
