Worst experience ever, useless staff, manager, no communication given. They tell you they will ring you back, never do which leaves you following them up! My gown took 9 months to come in and they did not keep me updated for my peace of mind. I could go on and on, they are lucky they don't have to rely on return business because they would get NONE.
