Mr. Lonnie and his two trainees replaced our older HVAC system then removed the older units. Mr. Lonnie a man of integrity and sound work ethic demonstrated not only the skills needed for the job, also personal skills of life: he was adaptable, driven, focused, and anticipated the need for warranty activation by completing it himself without being asked while training others.
