In Jan 2026 Strickly replaced my furnace. Strickly wanted to look at my AC unit then they proceeded to tell me it did not work. My AC unit is serviced every year. I did not go outside when they went outside mind you my ac unit I keep covered in the winter. The cover was no longer on my AC why I do not know. Great team! Woke up with no heat in Michigan Winter they came out on a non work day and replace my furnace. Took a total of 2 hours to do and they were so friendly and understanding.
I was told my ac unit didn’t work, I said it was working when I turned it off. I keep my ac unit covered in the winter. Strictly removed the cover why I haven’t a clue. I have to wait till the season change before I can find out what they did or didn’t do. What I was told is the furnace may not be compatible with my ac unit. I have a medical condition and air conditioning is what I need in the hot months here in Michigan. To be continued!
