I have a 2017 Toyota Tacoma that has been faithfully serviced by Stickland's. That has come to and end!........here is my experience! I made an appointment for October 15, 2025 to have them check on a oil leak at the front end. I had just started to see red oil on the garge floor. The service advisor came to me with the estimate and said the mechanic determined that the timing cover was leaking and it also needed a cylinder head gasket and cooler lines. In October, 2025 went To Stratford Toyota because my 2011 Toyota Venza was sounding like a rattle trap with every bump in the road. I went up to the service counter and asked for a quote to solve the problem. Before I could finish my request the person behind the counter said that will cost you $150.00 and hour for us to give you a quote. I am serious, that was the response, when I called the service manager, he said "yup, thats right, $150.00 an hour for us to gave you a quote".
