Knowledgeable, timely, and most of all a pleasant and enjoyable man to deal with.
David came out to our place when no one else would. We have a Mr. Cool unit and everyone I called basically said "won't touch it". David was 100% up front and explained some of the problems with that unit but said he was more than willing to at least come out and see what he could do. He showed up in a timely manner and communicated via text to give me updates on his arrival. When he showed he got straight to work and fixed our problem.
