My dad loved this company. Strickland helped him when he was in a bind and now he's helping me. Thank you.
David came out within an hour of us calling him. He had us up and going very quick, if anything he fixed it too good because now my husband has me freezing out again. He even explained why it happened & how he fixed it. Very professional & super nice!
Our ac unit was freezing up and definitely needed servicing. David was quick to come out and get it back cooling again, even on a Sunday. One heck of a guy in my book. Definitely will be using him again in the future for all our air conditioning needs, and recommending him to all my friends and family.
This isnt actually a 5-star rating. My dad would give this man 5 stars but he passed away 9/11/25. He asked me to give this man a call to get him out to look at his system. I spoke with him twice. The first time, he said he would come out and didn't. The second time, same thing. My dad was really looking forward to seeing him. I planned on letting it all go but today my realtor gave him a call and she received no response. This man has been nice to my father in the past but I'm not sure what's going on with him now. My husband and I experienced so many issues with our air conditioner and have used several companies. Strickland by far has been wonderful, professional and timely. David is the best you will not regret it!
