I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment for my husbands experience with GM Motors’ customer service. We contacted GM regarding a well-known and common Cadillac issue involving persistent infotainment and electrical system malfunctions, a problem that GM is clearly aware of and one that never should have escalated to this point. Just had some work done a Strickland in brantford. Kathryn and team were prompt courteous and very helpful with everything. The service there is amazing. Treated like a guest in their home. Keep up the good work
I had an appointment for 1pm they didn’t bring it in till close to 2. Then had to wait in waiting room for it. Slap Not sure if you do courtesy washes or not other dealerships I’ve dealt with In the past do. The girls were friendly at least. I Was happy with her service.
I Recently purchased a New Chevy 2500 HD Diesel within the first few days it had a strong odour of Diesel I took it into Strickland GM they had a look and advised me on the issue which was under warranty I was advised by Callie it would possibly be in for a few weeks do to getting parts from a few different locations and with Christmas approaching it will slow things down Callie was super communicative on a daily basis letting me know the status of my parts it was super frustrating as this truck is a huge part of my business... read more
