Earlier this month I booked an appointment a week in advance to address two specific issues. A few days later was contacted to reschedule, which was inconvenient but manageable. the communication issues didn’t stop there. I recently had the same situation arise with my mom’s vehicle. I’m so disgusted with this company. I tried to book an appointment to get an oil change on a vehicle that I had bought myself and they told me that I didn’t have an account but my deceased husband was. I was furious and had to go through some painstaking details to get him off of the account and then she told me that I would have to open an account. I had had enough and told her that I would go somewhere else and hung up. The only reason that I gave two stars is that she had the decency to apologize.
Stellar service, contacted dealership to have front brakes changed, along with an oil change in 2021 Sierra. Was visiting from up north. Kathryn was most helpful in identifying a recalled needing attention as well. All work was completed in a timely manner. Shuttle service dropped me off at home I was visiting and picked me up after service was completed.
