I recently scheduled my truck in for an oil change, they did their inspection and found a leaking rad, Kathryn notified me right away, and advised that it should be repaired asap, she even went as far as to deal with the warranty company to have the repairs authorized and completed, save me both time and undue stress. The repairs were made and truck was back to me the next morning….Much thanks and appreciation to Kathryn and the Strickland Team…Good service like this is hard to find these days
Kathryn was very polite and professional. She tried to remove a notification of a recall on my phone and then checked with a mechanic to make sure the recall had been dealt with.
This past Saturday I inquired about a SUV that this dealership just posted that day. I received a reply back almost immediately from Sam Foster, stating if I needed any more info to contact him which I did immediately as I was very interested in the SUV. Sam said he would get back to me on the following Monday with all the details.
