Service was great. Callie was very good and kept me updated. She even went outside to get my vehicle and brought it inside for me to drive away in. 👍🏼👍🏼
My service advisor was spot on dealing with my needs and a couple of questions I had regarding my car. I was connected with the service manager and I am totally satisfied with the outcome. I think the service department has improved since my visit a year or so ago.
I have bought a couple cars here, no issue with the vehicle itself. the issue is the NON-STOP marketing. Phone calls, text, mail to the home. I have requested numerous times to be removed. called, gone in person . nothing stops the relentless marketing. I have since chosen to purchase my vehicles elsewhere due to this, someplace that respects the customers request not to be bothered with useless advertising and harassed by countless phone calls! PS the phone calls DO NOT STOP!
Bought my first car back in 2017 from Conrad and had an amazing experience. With a growing family I recently went back and purchased a family vehicle from Conrad again. He is knowledgeable, wonderful, and kind. The whole team at Stricklands was super helpful through the whole experience!
