They do not follow up on estimates. They send someone out, look at the job, and never respond to a final estimate or calls. They leave you hanging/waiting. Alot of BS. I wouldn't trust them for anything. I eventually acquired another business.
I had an overall great experience throughout the design and installation process working with different people at Strickland’s! Caleb was creative and accommodating at the design, Laura was very responsive on the coordination of the installation process, and the three man install crew were efficient and courteous during the day long event! If you’re interested in building out a custom closet, I highly recommend them.
Super happy with our closet installation as well as the customer service provided by Strickland’s Home. Caleb and the rest of the staff were phenomenal-professional, friendly, knowledgeable, & efficient.
