This is the second time I have ordered window treatments from Stricklands for my house and I could not be happier. The designer, Caleb was great to work with and figured out a solution for my kitchen windows that nobody has been able to do and they look fantastic! He is a wonderful designer and delivered exactly what I was looking for. Andrew installed them and did a fantastic job. Was quick, professional and friendly. Strickland's Home designed and installed a primary closet and a complete garage system for us in Southport. Caleb's designs for each location were terrific and the installers were tremendous. Tyler, Wes, Don and Andy did such a wonderful job and the quality of the work is something we can be so proud to show off. Our primary closet is just gorgeous and the garage is now so organized. Very pleased with my new plantation shutters. Tricky windows, with the height and arches, but these really help control the light and help the room feel more cozy. All the staff from Stricklands were extremely helpful and professional.
They do not follow up on estimates. They send someone out, look at the job, and never respond to a final estimate or calls. They leave you hanging/waiting. Alot of BS. I wouldn't trust them for anything. I eventually acquired another business.
