Very pleased with my new plantation shutters. Tricky windows, with the height and arches, but these really help control the light and help the room feel more cozy. All the staff from Stricklands were extremely helpful and professional.
They do not follow up on estimates. They send someone out, look at the job, and never respond to a final estimate or calls. They leave you hanging/waiting. Alot of BS. I wouldn't trust them for anything. I eventually acquired another business.
I had an overall great experience throughout the design and installation process working with different people at Strickland’s! Caleb was creative and accommodating at the design, Laura was very responsive on the coordination of the installation process, and the three man install crew were efficient and courteous during the day long event! If you’re interested in building out a custom closet, I highly recommend them.
