Took the wife's Cadillac in for warranty work last week. I have never been treated so well at any dealership. We have found a new dealership to purchase new and have service work completed.
Very professional, accommodating and we had a great overall experience.
These guys don't know how to change brakes. I paid to replace all brakes and they replaced 1 pad on each tire instead of all of the pads. Absolutely incompetent. I attached the photo of the pads that were on my car after the service.
I brought my truck in for a 10:00 a.m. appointment and by 2:00 p.m. it still hadn’t even been looked at. We were then told they would need until 3:30 p.m., but when 3:30 came around, they asked if we could leave it overnight instead. We agreed, understanding that sometimes delays happen. The next morning, the employee we had originally been dealing with was off, and no one seemed to know what was going on with our truck.
