I called for a quote and provided all the info to Karen. Having not heard I called again several days later. Karen said she would call the insurer on Monday AM and let me know. On Tuesday having not heard, I called again. Karen was not in the office but texted the man in the office that answered my call and said they could not help me. If Karen learned that on Monday AM, why did she not communicate that to me? Very poor communication.
