My fathers' passing in February 2025 left me as trustee for his house and investment accounts. Tried winding my way thru all the legal paperwork and procedures by myself and some assistance with another legal entity and found that I needed to engage full legal help and came across Strickland in my search. I'm not sure what kind of lawyers they are so I called and asked if they did accident or personal injury for a rear end collision. ASHLEY called back and said it was a conflict of interest. I didn't even tell them who the other party was so how would they know if they represented them. I guess it's their way of saying go away or they represent Petaluma police dept and they have all my information.
