After a hit and run incident 2 blocks from home, this summer, I thought I was stuck getting the short end of the stick for the umpteenth time. Bill is a real expert at bike accidents (and motorcycle and auto accidents too). He is very ethical and fair - two characteristics hard to find. He is easy to reach - I've never had to play phone tag with him, and he is paid when you win so you won't go into debt. Hopefully you won't need him, but if you are in an accident, he's your savior!
