Asked if he could use my tools so he didnt have to bring his truck. Didnt turn up for the job. My phone battery went flat. He claims he waited 10 mins for me to reply confirming address and then went home even though I spelled out the exact address to him and he confirmed it earlier same day. Was rude and argumentative when I questioned his professionalism.
