Rude lady on the phone, and not much better in person. Didn’t end up working with them, and it seems I dodged a bullet, considering the other reviews on here that almost mirror my experience, exactly.
The lady who runs the thing during the day is a disrespectful woman who cussed us and made us feel like we were little and I'll never do any business there again

I called at 3:00pm 9/9/22 because I had issues with my septic. Larry Strickland was the contractor that originally installed the septic & serviced it in 2016 & in 2018 meet w/us when we purchased the home for an inspection. I wanted to use him to have the septic serviced again. When I called the lady that answered the phone just blew my mind.
