Can't get call backs from the nurse. She always makes promises and don't follow through. I've done all labs, x-rays and got card for prolia but no response from the office on treatment. Been trying to get treatment started for months. Starting to wonder if I should go somewhere else. Just want to get treatment started before I break a bone . I've got great insurance but not being informed on plan.
MD refused to help me with level 8 pain because she wanted to do a medicate check up,which is unnecessary. I stayed in pain unnecessarily for 4 extra days before she would help me. I've had enough.
