Scheduling wasn’t the problem with this place. The problem was the flat out lies and theft. This guy is/was a complete con artist. Was suppose to replace all injectors and sleeves in a 7.3 Ford. He charged the the full amount for the work and it wasn’t running right when I came to pick it up and the owner wouldn’t make it right and said it was running fine. Ended up taking it to another mechanic and found out that Stricken had only replaced 2 injectors and kept the rest that I had bought and that was it.
Absolute crook! My dad waited almost a year to have the transmission replaced on his 97 dodge with a brand new upgraded transmission. . After multiple calls with no answer or returned calls and even a couple trips to his shop with nobody there he finally got ahold of Jeff and had to threaten him with legal action. Jeff finished the job but the transmission was leaking fluid after 1 day. Jeff also installed the wrong torque converter bolts. fixed my truck a few years ago. but now wont return calls even when you leave a detailed msg. bummer cause he knows his stuff.
Jeff did some performance on my Dodge, he is a very knowledgeable guy and definitely the guy I want working on truck. It took him a little while to get back but he is a busy guy, as a business owner I understand. I definitely recommend him if your diesel needs anything.
