Hard pass. Was hospitalized in Green Bay. I'm from the UP. Needed meds filled before being discharged. Was told by my insurance provider that they would be able to fill my prescription. Spent all day on the phone with Streus. Got attitude, left on hold. I wasn't being aggressive or out of line. It just seemed like I was bothering them. Finally, at the end of the day your guy gets on the phone and tells me that we lose money on filling your prescriptions.
