Can never get through. May as well go the hospital
I went here for 10+ years growing up. Staff are rude and even had a nurse tell me to leave if I couldn’t get my panic attack under control for a blood test. Ridiculous
Tiny old fashioned surgery that's got no time for anyone. *The new doctor however is amazing, hats of to Dr Irabor, best thing to happen to this surgery in a long time.
I would make this 0 if I could. My experience summed up. I have been struggling with a cough and breathing issues since October. I have been trying to get an appointment since then but even if you ring at the time for appointments, it's a lottery whether you get an appointment. Then when calling the number it's inactive. I figured maybe someone had a go at them again and they cut contact with everybody (again). No, they just changed their phone number and didn't let me, and I presume others, know.
