I just had the best stretch session with Brandon at Stretchy.Us! I’ve been experiencing some lower back soreness and with a golf vacation coming up, met with Brandon at Mariner’s Point Golf. Brandon does a fantastic job talking you through the stretches, keeps you relaxed, provides a steady and purposeful movement of the muscles and joints. I met Brandon at the Bay Area Fit Fest. Highly recommend! The stretch was amazing but more so I value the communication and that the stretch really caters to your body’s needs. He’s receptive to pushing you further or pulling back as your body demands. I recommend this over other stretch facilities and appreciate that there is no membership or commitment needed! A great experience overall!

I got a trial session from Brandon today and it was awesome! Before the stretch, I was tight in a few areas. I walked away feeling loose and energetic. Brandon did a great job explaining his approach, the various stretches and their purpose and how we would communicate about the appropriate intensity. While I am an active person who stretches regularly, he used techniques that were new to me and increased my range of motion more than I could on my own.
