The experience was great Brandon was super houseful. He asked me about do I have any injuries and he designed the class for me I can tell that he didn’t follow a pre-designed routine. He just try to design some new exercise for me. I feel a lot better a lot after the class I will definitely go again. He also shared with me some very useful exercise. I can’t do at home. Appreciate for that.
Stretchy is very professional, and knowledgable and smart with muscles. The assisted stretching can help manage pain. Stretchy has helped me a lot. I highly recommend it.
