I have had a wonderful experience with Susan and StretchXperience. I broke my knee many years ago and have a great deal of stiffness in not only my knee but seems every where. Personally, I see susan 1x/wk, we had to miss two weeks in a row due to my scheduling issue - WOW did I notice a difference. The stiffness was back and my mobility. For me this has been life changing! Thank you to Susan and the team!
Stretching has consistently fallen to the bottom of my priority list. However, after visiting stretchxperience, I was reminded of how much better I feel with some focused stretching. My runs have seemed easier with less pain and my day to day discomfort is significantly improved. Susan is amazing and is super talented! Highly recommend her and her colleagues!
