As a powerlifter and stretch therapist myself with many injuries, I was nervous to get stretched. My body hasn’t been used to certain movements and going past certain limits. As I relaxed into the stretch and let Mara do what she does best, my body surpassed certain ranges of motions that I was afraid to try for years! Next day, I added 10lbs on to my bench press which I also haven’t done in years. This is just after ONE stretch. I can’t wait for more! I highly recommend StretchSource.
