I've been seeing Joey for the past 2 months. He gets a 5-star review each time I have a session with him. He listens to your feedback as he stretches you and adjusts accordingly.
Just went here for the first time and Ava did a wonderful job stretching me out! She made sure I knew what she was doing the entire time, explaining exercises to me and consistently checking in to see how things felt. After just one session with her I feel so much better. Highly recommend booking with Ava!!
Great staff, easy to sign up, schedule and change sessions. Definitely highly recommend the Sudbury location!
