Awesome stretch with John today! I have been coming to Sudbury StretchMed for almost 3 years now. Patrick, the manager is incredible! Very flexible (NPI ) with scheduling and even paused my membership when I had surgery. I feel the regular assisted stretching has really helped me prevent the typical 1-2X/year that my back would get painful. 5
This is better than PT, Massage, and Chiropractic!......Wonderful thorough stretch this morning. Patrick was awesome! Has such great vibes, easy directions, and well, I feel 10 years younger! I've had a few injuries in my past, so at first I was a little shy and embarrassed at how out of alignment I've become, but Patrick is so easy to work with and made me feel comfortable. I'M A LIFER!
