I had a really bad experience with this business. First, after the welcome promo, they push you into a plan that is completely different, so watch out. The first 15 minutes of every session are spent on a separate stretching machine, which leaves only about 25 minutes for the actual stretch with a trainer. You cannot opt out of that. This was a truly lovely experience. I felt a noticeable relief from pain and found myself wanting to do this more often. Tony was extremely professional, offering excellent advice for my daily routine, giving insightful feedback to better understand my body, and quickly identifying areas of stiffness, which he addressed perfectly. I could see how important the one-on-one approach is, and I really appreciated it. A big thank you to all the friendly, smiley people working there—it’s such a positive and welcoming environment!

Place did not treat me well financially. I was told that if I was unable to use my sessions, I could roll them over month to month. On sixth month of doing so, I was told that was not the policy and I had forfeited all the sessions I had banked while I was out of area. I immediately cancelled membership, but the location continued to charge my credit card. They seemed to have continuously ignored me for several mi th and I finally caught up on tons of charges on my credit card which they are not refunding. Be carefulZzz

Clinicians constantly late for morning appointments. Wrenched my neck causing an injury. Told me they would cancel my membership and not charge my card again, but it was then charged again. They make it easy to sign up and very difficult to cancel. Terrible experience.
