I had a very disappointing experience with StretchMed Needham. I attempted to cancel my membership for nearly two months through multiple channels, including phone calls and in-person visits (one of those interactions being very unprofessional). Despite speaking with several staff members, my membership was not canceled and I was charged again upon renewal. José is absolutely incredible. Professional beyond his years, gentle but firm and effective. Stretching with him is a whole peaceful and healthy experience. My body and mind feel elevated
Travers was AMAZING!!! I had the best strecht and will be back!
I was stretched by Juvens today and he was wonderful. I walked in feeling quite stiff and left there feeling very relaxed and flexible.
