I had a great session with Brandon at StretchMed. He did excellent bodywork and identified several tight spots that felt noticeably looser afterward. It was “gain without pain”—just gentle, targeted pressure throughout the session. As an active forty-something, I know how important recovery is, and I plan to incorporate StretchMed into my regular routine.
I tried StretchMed today for the first time. Mario was who did my stretching today and he was very attentive and informative. He answered all of my questions and made me feel calm during my session. I would really recommend you come here if you feel tight.
