THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH KINDNESS AND CARING.....AND GREAT PERSONALITIES TO BOOT! THE AMAZING THING IS THAT WHEN I FIRST GOT THERE I NEEDED HELP PUTTING MY SOCKS ON AND WHEN I LEFT I WAS AMAZED THAT I TOOK THEM OFF WITH EASE! LOL
I enjoyed my first initial stretch with stretch med Carmel location, it was just what I needed, my stretch assistant was gentle and absolute pleasure she got out my kinks first try I will definitely be back. Thanks Chera Baker!!!!!!
A great experience! It was my first time trying out this type of service and it was an amazing experience to feel my muscles loosen up as we went through the stretching. It was really cool to notice and compare the difference between my loosened muscles and my tense, tight muscles. We all really need to stretch more on our own in conjunction with assisted stretching. Leah worked with me on stretching and was very personable and knowledgeable of the services and benefits of stretching. Highly recommend this service!
Andrew and team are excellent, it’s a nice place and it does help you overall with your flexibility! I’d recommend for everyone!
