Extremely enjoyable and beneficial. The stretch therapist was knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. Rates are exceedingly reasonable. I would highly recommend it as part of everyone's wellness program.
There is nothing like a good stretch. I have been there about 1.5 years and I can't compliment enough. I have had Alyssa and Andrew is my main technician these days. I can't be any happier with them. I literally crawl in and dance out. Once a week is NOT enough. So now I am twice a week. And I can't wait for my time there. Highly recommend. And the more you go.... the more you improve!!!
I have going to StretchMed Andover for 2+ years. When I started going I had very tight muscles, periodic sciatica down my right leg and various other joint and muscle pain. The first 6 months or so I went once/week and was amazed at how much it helped with my tight muscles, pain and overall flexibility and stability. Now I go 2x/month for maintenance and I will keep going! Additionally, all of therapists are excellent! They know what they are doing and they are very nice people.
Very thorough whole body stretch. Staff is professional and studio is well kept and clean. Would highly recommend.
