Good, but just normal stretches everyone can do alone. Note: a "trial" session costs $120 and they only tell you that at the end of it (no info on the website or at the introduction). ... and in the answer from the owner (below) they try to dismiss my complaint by implying that "it was informed to me". That is just lame. An apology would have been enough, without trying to dismiss a feedback from a potential client. I'm not returning to that place again.

Was an amazing experience! As a bodybuilder we need to stretch al the time, and I finally find a place that can help me! I love it, they are very protecional! Amazing costume service!
This was a new experience for me, I was generously gifted 10x 25min sessions from my work. Nicole had a different technique which I got a lot of benefit from. We focussed mainly on upper body - shoulders/back/arms/neck. Nicole obviously has a lot of experience and knowledge. I appreciate the customer service and stretches to take home.
