This place is amazing I go twice a week to help with my golf and general mobility. I have worked with many of the staff members there and everyone is great but Elida is the BEST. If you can book with her I recommend but you will be in good hands no matter what.
My stretching sessions with Natalie are game changers. Her techniques get all of my stressed muscles, and I leave the engagement feeling like I can conquer the world, or take an amazing nap😎. Spoil yourself and take the plunge, you’ll regret that you haven’t worked with Natalie sooner. A+++
This place has amazing management Elidia has been so kind and accommodating as well as super knowledgeable. She is also a stretcher and has helped me with my back and posture can’t recommend this place and her enough!
