Ouch. They pulled my tendon so bad I have to see an orthopedic surgeon - may have to have surgery. To add insult to injury, StretchLab refuses to close my account and refund my balance. Even worse, they continue to charge me for an 'inactive' account. This is one bad place. Not only that, they are lying as I was a member of that location and was both injured and ripped off.
I feel bad writing this because I liked my experience with Joey. I sent a notice to cancel my account on January 27th because I will be traveling frequently over the next few months and did not want to continue a membership that I wasn't going to use consistently. Upon finalizing my cancellation, I was persuaded by one of the staff members to keep my account and freeze it rather than cancel it so that I did not lose several credits that I had left. Sayeed is one of the very very BEST PRACTIONERS IVE EVER WORKED WITH he really understands the body and in just 2 visits I am better. He is professional , he listens to his client , he educates he is gentle. He is extremely focused on what is needed , he is very kind.
