me wncanta porque te hacen conversation, si vas triste , te hacen reír sin querer queriendo , se vas enojada con los ejercicios te relajan , si vas estresada ahi es un buen lugar me encanta ,y me e sentido mucho mejor cuando empecé me pareció algo que era aburrido pero todo lo contrario uno se siente mucho mejor de todos los sentidos
I have been going to the Stretch Lab in Monroe since inception and I’m very pleased with everything. Dasia hss been my flexologist from daily one and she is absolutely fabulous. Today we had some new stretches and I walked out of there feeling real good.
